Sustainability at Next 15.
Our position of influence.
We are a people-first business operating in a world being reshaped by technology. Our approach to sustainability reflects both of those realities. Technology creates opportunity. It also creates responsibility. For Next 15 this includes AI as it becomes embedded in how we work and advise clients, and as questions such as those around AI governance, data ethics and responsible use of technology become business-critical, not theoretical.
Our ESG priorities have been refreshed to align with our new strategy and demonstrate a renewed commitment and focus to this responsibility.
Embedded, not separate
By including our ESG priorities, which critically encompass AI governance, as a standing agenda item at Next 15 Board meetings, reflects how ESG oversight is now integrated into the heart of our corporate governance, recognising its material importance to our strategy and performance.
Our commitment for climate action
We have reset our emissions baseline to reflect the Group's restructured shape and set revised targets that will help embed clear reduction pathways into planning and decision-making across the Group including at a brand level.
Stronger engagement together with greater accountability at all levels will ensure more consistently robust data allowing us to track our progress and prioritise actions that deliver meaningful results in the years ahead.
Reduce our greenhouse gas (‘GHG’) emissions across Scope 1, 2 and 3 in line with science-based net-zero targets.
Reduce our Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 39.81%
by 2033 from an FY26 baseline
Reduce our Scope 3 GHG emissions by 20.00%
by 2033 from an FY26 baseline
Reduce our Scope 1, 2 and 3 GHG emissions by 20.53%
by 2033 from an FY26 baseline.
Responsible technology
AI governance is a Board-level priority. We are developing frameworks for the ethical use of AI across our businesses, covering data privacy, algorithmic transparency, and the responsible deployment of emerging technologies.
Working with clients who share our values
Our businesses work with clients tackling serious problems: healthcare access, public sector transformation, climate adaptation, digital inclusion. Complex challenges that don't have easy answers. We take that responsibility seriously.
We cease every opportunity to contribute to sustainable growth through our client work. Whether that means transforming an existing business model, building new capabilities, or helping clients understand what responsible growth actually means.
The questions vary: how to scale without increasing harm, how to meet new expectations, how to build commercial models that create value beyond revenue. We help find answers that work, commercially and ethically.
